Quintin Sweat serves as the Program Manager for the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation. He brings more than a decade of experience in program management, operations, financial administration, and process improvement across nonprofit, municipal, and housing organizations.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Quintin managed complex grant-funded programs and procurement initiatives for the City of Detroit, where he administered multimillion-dollar federal programs, developed operational procedures, and built data tracking systems to improve organizational efficiency. His experience also includes underwriting, compliance, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with community organizations, government agencies, and external partners.
Quintin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Calvin University. He is passionate about building effective programs and strengthening organizational operations to help nonprofits maximize their impact and better serve the communities they support.
Outside of work, Quintin enjoys serving his community through nonprofit leadership and neighborhood engagement initiatives. He is also a devoted Detroit sports fan and loves cheering on the Lions, Pistons, and Tigers.
