Is the cost to travel to attend holding you back? 

For some individuals with cutaneous lymphoma, the cost to travel and attend is a real barrier to being part of events like this one. To help, the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation is offering ten (10) Travel Reimbursement Awards for individuals with cutaneous lymphoma (patients) who want to attend in person but wouldn't otherwise be able to. The award includes:

• Reimbursement for travel costs (flight, mileage, or train), up to $500 - receipts required.* 
• Two nights' (Friday and Saturday) hotel accommodation reserved within our conference room block at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia.

*Reimbursement is limited to actual, documented travel costs and will not exceed the amount shown on submitted receipts. $500 is a maximum, not a flat award — for example, if your actual travel cost is $350, your reimbursement will be $350.
