Ways to Give

The Legacy Circle

An Invitation From Stuart Lessin, President,
    and Susan Thornton, Interim CEO

On behalf of the people we serve affected by cutaneous lymphoma, we invite you to join a very special group of individuals – members of the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation’s Legacy Circle.

The Legacy Circle, newly established in 2011, honors individuals, couples and families who have notified the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation of their intention to include the Foundation in their estate plan.

The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation has been made the beneficiary of a variety of planned gifts, both large and small since our founding.  Regardless of size, each gift is vital to sustaining and growing the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation’s programs and services, which include our Patient Educational Forums, website, printed and electronic educational resources, funding of research, physician and treatment center referral network, promotion of scientific exchange, advocacy and awareness efforts, patient and caregiver support resources, personal assistance and more.

Specifically, membership in The Legacy Circle is bestowed upon any individual who designates a gift to the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation through a bequest in their will or living trust.

Each member of our Legacy Circle receives recognition in our Annual Report, however, donors may choose to give anonymously and, for all donations, gift details are kept strictly confidential.

As we expand our outreach to serve more and more patients and so many others who need our help, the demand for our programs and services continues to grow, and, therefore, your support is needed more than ever before.  And, with uncertainties in the economic environment, the growth and success of the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation will depend more on the generosity of individuals now than ever before.

A planned gift such as designating the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation as a beneficiary of assets in your will or living trust is one that will benefit patients living with the debilitating physical and emotional effects of cutaneous lymphoma well into the future while enabling you to leave a legacy of your generosity and, oftentimes, you will be able to benefit from tax-saving advantages, too.

For more information anytime, contact us at 248.644.9014 or send us an email.

We thank our Legacy Circle donors for their vision, leadership giving and generous support of our mission.  We thank you in advance for considering a planned gift to the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation, and we hope that you will remember the Foundation in your will or living trust.
