Office and Community Assistant

The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation is excited to expand our staff – we are looking for someone who likes variety in their day-to-day responsibilities, understands the importance of getting it right, and is also not afraid to make mistakes. 

Job Description: 

Part to full time, entry level, administrative/office support position, with some schedule flexibility, working both from our Warren, Michigan office and remotely. 

The right candidate will:

  • Has an attention to detail and a need to see things through
  • Always strives to do their best work but is not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them

  • Individual and group meetings (virtual & in-person) support
    • coordination and scheduling 
    • meeting minutes
    • follow-up
    • assistance with completing some outcomes
  • Volunteer/Donor support
    • Donor acknowledgments
    • Volunteer engagement
  • Treatment Center listings  
    • program coordination and maintenance
  • Office/Accounting support  
    • Opening, sorting, and handling mail
    • Banking support
    • Organizational calendar management
    • State and Federal filings & annual audit support
    • Reports and reconciliation assistance
  • Social Media support
    • Working with Programs and Services Assistant to crafting messages and supporting images
  • And more...
