HOW:
STEP 1: Register to participate!
STEP 2: Ask your network to sponsor you or join your team, and together you’ll raise money while tracking your time spent moving! Moving is moving – embrace your passion...walking, biking, swimming, golfing, hiking, yoga, or any other activity you enjoy doing!
STEP 3: Time to Get Your Move On! Keep track of your time and activity on an activity tracker or on a paper log.
STEP 4: Submit your results to see who wins!
