About the Forum

This free educational program is offered to help patients, caregivers and others affected by cutaneous lymphoma receive accurate information about the disease, learn about current treatment options and promising future therapies, and obtain information about available resources and support. It is also an opportunity to connect with other people who share similar experiences.

COVID Protocols

The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation is committed to providing a safe environment for all meeting attendees. We will continue to review and adhere to the latest Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations.

Based on current guidelines, attendees are welcome to wear masks but are not required to. Hand sanitizer will be made available throughout the meeting space and/or you are welcome to bring your own. Customary cleaning and sanitation practices will be conducted by the hotel staff.

Important to note: in addition to the CDC's guidelines, participants must also follow COVID-19 protocols set forth by the venue.

Media Release

The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation may take photos and/or video (livestream and/or recordings) throughout the day of the event. The Foundation uses photos/video in our brochures, annual reports, newsletters, on the Foundation’s website, social media pages, and for general and/or educational purposes (not for commercial purposes). The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation respects the privacy of those attending our events and asks for prior permission to use your photo and/or any video captured. If you choose to allow use of your image, we request that you complete our media release available online prior to the event or in print at the event.
