About the Forum

This free educational program is offered to help patients, caregivers and others affected by cutaneous lymphoma receive accurate information about the disease, learn about current treatment options and promising future therapies, and obtain information about available resources and support. It is also an opportunity to connect with other people who share similar experiences.

The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation may take photos and/or video (livestream and/or recordings) throughout the day of the event. The Foundation uses photos/video in our brochures, annual reports, newsletters, on the Foundation’s website, social media pages, and for general and/or educational purposes (not for commercial purposes). The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation respects the privacy of those attending our events and asks for prior permission to use your photo and/or any video captured. At the event, you will be provided a color-coded lanyard to help us identify your preference: blue for permission given; red for respectfully declined permission. If you choose to allow use of your image, we request that you complete our media release available online prior to the event or in print at the event.


*The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation airs webcasts of our live events to provide access to valuable information to those who may not be able to attend in person. While we try to provide the best online experience possible, the quality of live webcasts may be affected by various factors including, but not limited to, Internet bandwidth limitations, the amount of activity taking place on the Internet, and the configurations and settings on the computer used to view the webcast.
