People living with a diagnosis of cutaneous lymphoma and others affected by it face many extraordinary challenges that impact their daily quality of life.  At the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation, patients, caregivers, healthcare providers and many other partners in our mission have a credible, trusted, caring and compassionate place to turn that offers comprehensive information, resources and support as they navigate their personal journey with cutaneous lymphoma and face their challenges.

Our Annual Fund Campaign supports every patient, every caregiver, every healthcare provider and any other person who calls upon us for assistance. 

It is through our Annual Fund Campaign that vital unrestricted support is raised to fund all of the important programs and services that we provide throughout the year, and it is what allows us to continue growing to better serve our patients to make an even greater impact on their quality of life.

Your support of our 2011-2012 Annual Fund Campaign will help us:

• Hold more educational events
• Improve awareness of cutaneous lymphoma
• Help patients find specialists, obtain a proper diagnosis and get on the best treatment plan
• Assist patients one-on-one with their unique questions while offering personal guidance and support
• Help patients discover tips to manage their symptoms

Matching Gifts

Your gift to our 2011-2012 Annual Fund Campaign could be doubled through your company’s matching gift program.  Please inquire with your company’s Human Resources Department or administrator to see if your gift can be matched.

Giving Recognition Societies

Annual Fund Campaign donors who give at leadership levels will become members of our giving recognition societies.  While the principal benefit of giving to the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation is the satisfaction of knowing that donations will be used to make sure that each person with cutaneous lymphoma gets the best care possible, the Foundation will provide special benefits to leadership givers.

Following are Annual Fund Campaign giving societies with their corresponding benefits:

The Judy Jones Founders Society

The Judy Jones Founders Society honors the extraordinary life of Judy Jones, who dedicated her life to helping found and grow the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation. This society has been created to pay special tribute to the Foundation’s most generous individual donors, corporations, foundations and organizations who have attained significant cumulative totals of annual giving since the Foundation’s inception in 1998.

Following are levels within this society:

Gold Level:            $1,000,000+

Silver Level:           $500,000 - $999,999

Bronze Level:         $100,000 - $499,999

Legacy Level:         Bequest provision of $50,000+

As donors reach these cumulative giving levels, the Foundation will contact donors to discuss special recognition and benefits that will be extended honoring their extraordinary generosity.

Visionary of Care Society

A gift of $10,000 or more to our annual fund during the year earns the donor a place within this society, which provides the donor with:

• Recognition as Visionary of Care Society member in the CLF 2011-2012 Annual Report
• Gift package of Cutaneous Lymphoma apparel including two of our signature t-shirts and jerseys

Partner in Care Society

A gift of $5,000-$9,999 to our annual fund during the year earns the donor a place within this society, which provides the donor with:

• Recognition as Partner in Care Society member in the 2011-2012 CLF Annual Report
• Gift package of Cutaneous Lymphoma apparel including our signature t-shirt and jersey

Friend in Care Society

A gift of $1,000-$4,999 to our annual fund during the year earns the donor a place within this society, which provides the donor with:

• Recognition as Friend in Care Society member in the 2011-2012 CLF Annual Report
• Signature Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation t-shirt
