Sleeping Room Reservations

Meeting Participants: If you require hotel accommodations, there are two methods to make sleeping room reservations:

By Telephone: Call Hilton at 1-800-HILTONS. Identify the group name Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation and group code CLF, dates of your stay, and hotel name and location (Hilton New York, New York, NY) to the reservationist to make reservations.

The following sleeping room rates will be offered for the nights of October 9 and 10, 2009:
Single occupancy: $299 per night
Double occupancy: $329 per night
Triple occupancy: $359 per night
Quadruple occupancy: $389 per night
Rates do not include tax (currently 14.25% plus $2.00 occupancy tax and $1.50 tertiary tax) or luggage porterage ($6.75 per bag roundtrip).
The room block expires on Thursday, September 17, 2009; after that date, the meeting sleeping room rates and room availability cannot be guaranteed.

Directions to the Hilton New York

The Hilton New York is located on Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) between West 53rd and West 54th Streets. 53rd Street is westbound and 54th street is eastbound.

LaGuardia Airport is 8 miles away (30 minutes).
JFK International Airport is 17 miles away (45 minutes).
Newark International Airport is 15 miles away (45 minutes).
Grand Central station is across town, about 15 minutes away.
Penn Station is downtown, about 15 minutes away. Port Authority is downtown, about 10 minutes away.

The Hilton New York offers valet parking only, $48 per day for cars and $58 per day for vans and SUVs.
